GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Do not worry if you receive your order and you the product you have bought does not suit you or is not what you expected.
You can return it, with no obligation, in a maximum 7 calendar-day period after receiving your order, except Party Items that must be returned in a maximum 24-hour period after you receive it
To request a return, go to your Personal Area online, click on "RETURNS" and on the product you wish to return.
A courier will collect the product at the address you provide. To be able to process the collection correctly, it is important to request the return in the allotted 24h.
Once we receive the product, it will be carefully inspected to make sure it is in good condition, unused and unstained, as well as the packaging, which must not be damaged.
In order to avoid that a return be refused, we strongly recommend that you try garments on when you are not wearing make-up, cream, deodorant, etc.
Do not try garments on while wearing earrings, watches or jewellery that may damage the fabric.
When trying on shoes, it is important to do so wearing stockings and on a carpeted surface, to avoid damaging the interior or the sole.
Products must be returned with the original labels and packaging (if a box was included, it must be re-packaged with the protective bubble wrapping, just as when you received it) in perfect condition and with the security tags, if included, on the same spots.
Once the product has been inspected, we will send you a confirmation by email letting you know if the return is accepted or not.
We will then send you a replacement product or issue a refund in a maximum one-month period.
If the product you are returning has a lower price than the new one, you will have to pay for the difference with the payment method you prefer; if it has a higher price, we will refund the difference through the same payment method with which you placed your order.
The money will be refunded through the same method with which you placed your order in a maximum one-month period.
Only returns that have been previously approved and whose collection and transport has been organised by the company will be accepted and processed. Any return that is not previously approved and organised through our transport agency will be invalid and rejected by Bgo&Me.
Returns caused by reject or exclude customs charges will not be accepted.
