Refund policy
All our articles are made to order , especially for you.
We accept the exchange of our products within a period of 14 days , as long as they have not been used and come in perfect condition, with their labels intact, their original packaging and without any make-up brand, creams or marks on the soles.
Once your return has been received and analyzed by our quality department, we will send you an email informing you whether or not it has been accepted. In case of being accepted, and given that these are products made to order, we will issue a voucher without expiration for the same amount that you paid, so you can spend it in future purchases.
We recommend that you use a carpeted surface to try on shoes; this will prevent the soles from being marked or stained. When you try on clothes, do it at a time of day when you are not wearing makeup or creams, to avoid unwanted stains.
Only one change per order will be accepted, that is, if you change one item for another, this second you will no longer be able to change it.
To process a return, send the ítem to us, by a delivery company of your choice, ensuring that we receive it within 14 calendar days to count since you received the order. To the following address:

We are not responsible for import costs and custom fees generated by a return from a country outside the EU. These expenses will be deducted from the value of the voucher that we issue or must be paid by the client if it is higher that the amount of the voucher.
Special sales SAMPLE SALE | CLEARANCE OF STOCKS are final sales, so changes and returns will be accepted within a maximum period of 7 calendar days , counting from the receipt of the same. The amount of the refund will be paid in the form of vouchers without expiration .
Bgo & Me reserves the right not to accept a return, if it comes after the deadline or the item is not received in the same conditions as it was sent.
This policy of exchanges and returns is applicable exclusively for online sales . Physical stores are governed by their own exchange policy, which you can check at the establishment itself.
